Our doctors and staff endeavour to provide a comprehensive, high quality service for our patients. If you have concerns with any aspect of our care, please discuss this with your doctor or our reception staff.

Trinity Care Family Practice is a private billing practice. Fees vary according to the length and complexity of the consultation and are determined by individual doctors.

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all patients, visitors, and staff. Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards our team face to face and over the phone will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Our staff are here to help, and everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Individuals who engage in inappropriate conduct will be asked to leave the premises and may face further action if necessary. In the case of phone conversation, the call will be terminated.
